It has been two or three years since we’ve seen a  heavyweight unification bout that contains ex sparring partners. This Heavyweight title unification bout will see former teammates and ex sparring partners collide, as division kingpin, Francis Ngannou, battles interim counterpart, Ciryl Gane.

Current champ Francis and Cyril used to train together back in France. As you can imagine, when you’re a contender [as Francis was then], prior to him becoming champ, you’re not going to like it when your training partners get the better of you during training.

Cyril Ganes trainer, Fernand Lopez, who used to tarin Francis too said how Cyril was often getting the ‘better’ of Francis in striking exchanges. We feel this will be a massive psychologically edge as both guys will know how their own ‘personal’ hierarchy stands. And the presence of Lopez adds another layer of drama to the UFC 270 main event!

One thing for sure, it will certainly be a ‘banger’ in more ways than one! Regardless of whether our team have a bunch of UFC Matched betting picks or UFC Arbitrage bets, we’ll be staying up in UK, until the early hours to watch it! We think Cyril is most likely to win by points decision, however, Ngannou carries a lot of muscle mass and the pressure Cyril puts on him may exhuast him, leaving his defences exposed. Becuase of this possibility, we feel the 12/1 available for Cyril to win in Round 3 from Bet 365, or if that has gone by then you can grab 11/1 with Hills!

UFC 270 FLYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP BOUT– Matched betting and Arbitrage possibilities

In UFC 270’s pay-per-view co-main event, newly-crowned Flyweight champion, Brandon Moreno, runs it back with former titleholder, Deiveson Figueiredo. We think Moreno has Figgy’s “number” here, having drawn with him first – where many people thought he won, then finally getting to beat Figgy convincingly last time out.

Figueiredo has been training with none other than cringe king Triple C, Henry Cejudo. We think this will improve Figueiredo’s game and mindset, but we feel up-n-coming Moreno will have improve himself too.

VERDICT – Points win Brandon Moreno

We doubt there will be as many UFC Matched betting picks or UFC Arbitrage bets on this bout, but again, just like the bout above it will be a corker! It may be worth checking the OddsMatcher here and selecting MMA.
